Emergency Operations

Police:

Nashwaak policing services are provided by the RCMP.  For emergencies, dial 911.  For non-emergency situations, you can call 1-888-506-RCMP(7267) or 506-452-3400.  Information on the RCMP's Online Crime Reporting Tool can be found here: Online Crime Reporting


Fire:

The Nashwaak Fire Department is a volunteer-based service with stations in Durham Bridge (Nashwaak Valley) and Stanley.  For more information on the benefits of being a member or to join, stop into one of the stations on training night.  The Stanley station trains on Tuesday evenings at 7pm, and is located at 11 Main St., Stanley.  The Nashwaak Valley station trains on Wednesday evenings at 7pm, and is located at 20 Durham Bridge Rd., Durham Bridge.

Emergency Planning

Nashwaak Council has established an EMO Committee that is currently developing an Emergency Plan for the community.  If you would like more information or would like to participate on the Committee, please send an email to emo@nashwaak.ca


The Emergency Plan will be shared publicly when it has been finalized.
